Overview
AXIS ("we", "our", or "the app") is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All information you enter into the app remains exclusively on your device.
Data Collection
We do not collect any data. Specifically:
- No account or registration required
- No email addresses collected
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No advertising identifiers
- No location data
- No device fingerprinting
Data Storage
All data you enter into AXIS (lesson progress, check-in responses, reflections, and settings) is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
The app uses industry-standard encryption (SQLCipher with AES-256) to protect your data at rest.
Data You Control
You have complete control over your data:
- Export: You can export your check-in history and reflections as CSV files at any time through the Settings menu.
- Delete: You can permanently delete all your data from within the app. This action is irreversible and removes all stored information.
- App Lock: You can enable biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode) to protect access to the app.
Third-Party Services
AXIS does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app operates entirely offline and does not make network requests to external servers.
Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device. We do not use push notification services that would require sending data to external servers. Notification preferences are stored locally and can be modified or disabled at any time.
App Store Data
When you download AXIS from the App Store, Apple may collect standard download and crash analytics as described in their privacy policy. This is handled by Apple, not by AXIS, and we do not have access to this information.
Children's Privacy
AXIS is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 18.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Since we don't collect any contact information, we cannot notify you directly of changes.
